What exactly is WeGroup?

Does WeGroup replace ANVA, DIAS or our policy admin?

No. WeGroup is purpose-built to live on top of existing source systems like ANVA, DIAS, Assu and eBlinqx. The policy admin stays the system of record; we add the advisor surface, the customer portal and Smart Buddy on top, with no migration.

Which source systems are supported?

ANVA, DIAS, Assu and eBlinqx are live in production. Insurer connectors run for 12+ insurers, and national data sources (RDW, KvK, OneSurance) are wired in. The full list is on the partners page.

How long does an implementation take?

For an intermediary office on an existing source system, go-live typically lands at four to six weeks. For a group with multiple acquisitions it depends on the number of brands and countries, but each new acquisition typically plugs in in days, not quarters.

How do you handle compliance, GDPR and regulators?

WeGroup keeps the client record uniform and up to date through ongoing portfolio follow-up, so the work behind your duty of care is consistent and easy to show. It does not replace your compliance process or guarantee compliance. WeGroup is GDPR-compliant, has ISO 27001 certification in progress, and honours the role and permission models of your source system. The applicable regulator differs per market: DNB, AFM and NVGA in the Netherlands, FSMA in Belgium.

Does WeGroup run in both the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes. WeGroup runs today for 600+ offices across four countries, including the Netherlands and Belgium. Local data sources, language and regulation are covered per market.
