The challenge
What was broken before WeGroup showed up.
BORIS was the de Goudse brand for risk advice across their EMA network (Erkend RisicoManagers Adviseurs). It carried years of de Goudse branch knowledge, advice frameworks and report templates that the affiliated offices relied on for their business clients.
The engine showed its age. Each EMA office ran a different CRM. The risk-analysis flow sat apart from the daily client work. Building an advice report took longer than it should. The strategic question was simple. How do you renew the platform without renaming it, replacing it, or forcing 250 affiliated offices to swap their CRM at the same time?
“BORIS is a brand our EMA offices trust. We could not afford to break that. We needed a renewed engine that still felt like BORIS on the surface.”
What we built
WeGroup ships the risk and advice engine underneath BORIS. de Goudse keeps the branch expertise, the question paths and the report templates. Every EMA office plugs in through their own CRM and runs the renewed BORIS.
WeGroup engine, de Goudse knowledge
The renewed BORIS keeps de Goudse's advice frameworks, sector-specific question paths and report templates. WeGroup runs the underlying intelligence, the connectors and the data flow.
Connected to every major CRM
250 EMA offices, each on a different CRM. The renewed BORIS connects to all of them. No office had to swap their system to use the tool de Goudse ships.
Half the time per advice report
Risk analysis and the resulting advice report produce roughly 50% faster. Time the advisor used to spend assembling the file goes back into the client conversation.
One tool, 250 offices, one update
de Goudse ships a change once and it lands in every EMA office immediately. Branch knowledge, advice frameworks and reports stay uniform across the network.
The numbers
What it produced, in numbers.
Faster advice reports
Risk scan plus written advice report dropped roughly in half. The hour spent assembling the file becomes a thirty-minute review, with structure intact.
EMA offices live
Every EMA office runs the renewed BORIS, regardless of which CRM their own back office is on. The de Goudse network operates from one risk-advice surface.
Connected
ANVA, DIAS, eBlinqx and the other CRMs each EMA partner runs. WeGroup plugs into them and surfaces a single renewed BORIS to the advisor.
Forced CRM migrations
No office swapped their back office to use the new BORIS. de Goudse rolled out a renewed platform to 250 partners without rebuilding any of their stacks.
The outcome
BORIS as a brand survived. The engine under it changed. de Goudse owns the advice expertise; WeGroup runs the intelligence underneath. 250 EMA offices, every major CRM, one risk-advice surface.
BORIS now runs on the WeGroup engine. de Goudse continues to own the advice expertise, the branch knowledge and the report templates. EMA offices keep their CRM and get a renewed risk-advice tool from their insurer, with a meaningfully faster path from intake to a finished advice report.
For de Goudse the renewal lands as a single product update across the entire EMA program. For each EMA office it lands as a sharper tool inside the workflow they already run.
In their words
BORIS was our advice brand. The renewed BORIS is the same name, sharper underneath, and works no matter what each EMA office runs as their CRM. That is the only way we could ship this to 250 partners in one pass.
